My dad and I both went to college at Auburn and this year was his 60th year "Golden Eagles" reunion. It had been 30 years since I graduated so we decide to go down there together. I hadn't been back to the campus since I graduated and it had been 20 years since dad had been back so we got to go back and see how much things had changed. . . and they had changed a lot!

Russ, Mike, Ken and I did a two day run on Massanutten where we carried all of our gear for both days and spent the night at the Massanutten Resort. These are some pictures from that run.

Every year I go cross country skiing with some friends in Pennsylvania at a cross country ski resort called Crystal Lake. We've done this trip every year for about the last 25 years and these are a few pictures from some of those years.

Yesterday Fredericksburg got it's second big snow of the winter and we woke up today to a winter wonderland with a beautiful blue sky. It was so pretty that I couldn't resist going out for a run. Here are a few pictures that I took along the way.
